We do that in may ways, but primarily through Yoga!
Yoga is so much more than just posing on a mat! I believe in truly capturing the attention of the child & keeping it. We want them to be excited about doing & learning Yoga. We learn many life skills, body awareness, confidence, self esteem, creativity, friendship & team work skills, the importance of living a mindful life, stress management tools, calming & breathing techniques, how to focus & so much more!
